Why I Created “Hire & Inspire”
Simply, because behind every job is a Human Story!
It started quietly, not with a business plan, not with a big production team,
but with a feeling...
A feeling that something was missing in today’s world of work.
After years of working with people, hiring, guiding, and listening, I realized that work had become too mechanical, too transactional.
Everyone was chasing the next opportunity, the next “perfect hire,” the next big title.
But somewhere along the way, we forgot about the people behind it all.
I’ve seen candidates with talent and dreams lose hope after endless job rejections.
I’ve seen employers struggling to find workers who care, not just about money, but about purpose.
And I’ve seen newcomers to Norway trying to build a new life, often starting from zero, filled with doubt but also quiet strength.
That’s when the idea for Hire & Inspire was born.
I didn’t want to create just another podcast.
I wanted to create a safe space where stories —not résumés —are what matter most.
A space where we could talk about work, but in a human way — with honesty, vulnerability, and courage.

AI, automation, hybrid jobs — it’s easy to feel left behind.
But what we’ve learned through these episodes is simple and powerful:
Technology may change how we work, but it will never replace who we are.
Each conversation reminds me why this project exists: to help people adapt without losing themselves.
To show that growth doesn’t mean becoming someone else; it means becoming more of yourself.
