Hire & Inspire: A Career Education Platform Built from Real Experience

Hire & Inspire career education podcast by recruiter and digital marketer Aleksandar Antevski in Norway.

Hire & Inspire was never created to entertain people during their commute.

It was created because too many talented people were struggling in silence.

After years of working with recruitment, employer branding, and digital marketing in Norway, I noticed a pattern that kept repeating itself. Skilled candidates were being rejected.

Motivated newcomers were losing confidence. Employers were frustrated. And everyone seemed to be talking past each other.

The problem was not a lack of talent.

The problem was a lack of understanding.

Why I Created Hire & Inspire

I’ve been on both sides of the hiring process. I’ve screened CVs, conducted interviews, onboarded international employees, and worked closely with companies trying to attract the right talent. At the same time, I’ve seen how confusing the job market can feel from the candidate’s perspective — especially if you are new to Norway or unfamiliar with the local work culture.

Hire & Inspire was created to bridge that gap.

  • Not with opinions.

  • Not with theories.

  • But with structured, practical, human education.

Why 13 Seasons? Because Careers Are Built in Phases

Careers don’t follow a straight line. They move in stages — and each stage comes with different questions, fears, and needs.

That’s why Hire & Inspire was designed as a 13-season journey, not a random podcast.

Seasons 1–3: Foundations, Hiring & Growth

The first season's focus on survival and orientation:

  1. How to move to Norway and understand the system

  2. How work culture actually functions

  3. Why recruiters behave the way they do

  4. How CVs, interviews, and salaries really work

  5. How to stay motivated when rejection becomes constant

  6. These seasons exist to remove confusion and replace it with clarity.

Seasons 4–6: The Reality of Modern Work

Work is changing faster than people are prepared for. AI, remote work, burnout, work-life balance, mental health — these are not trends, they are realities.

These seasons help people:

  • prepare for the future of work

  • understand Norwegian work-life balance

  • protect their mental health

  • build sustainable careers instead of burning out

Seasons 7–9: Employers, Job Seekers & Entrepreneurs

One of the biggest problems in hiring is misunderstanding. Candidates feel ignored. Employers feel overwhelmed.

These seasons let both sides speak:

  • employers explaining their challenges

  • job seekers learning practical tools

  • entrepreneurs understanding how to build legally and realistically in Norway

This is where my background as a recruiter and digital marketer plays a key role — connecting strategy with people.

Seasons 10–11: The Topics We Avoid

  • Burnout.

  • Loneliness.

  • Discrimination.

  • Imposter syndrome.

  • Career anxiety.

These seasons exist because pretending everything is fine helps no one.

They normalize struggle and remind people that challenges don’t equal failure.

Season 12: Rising from Nothing

This season focuses on real success stories — people who started with very little and still built something meaningful.

  • No glamour.

  • No shortcuts.

  • Just resilience.

Season 13: Legacy & Leadership

The final season asks the most important questions:

  • What kind of professional do you want to be?

  • Who did you help along the way?

  • What will people remember about how you worked?

Because leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about impact.

Education Over Ego

Hire & Inspire was never about building a personal brand for attention.

It was about building a resource people could return to.

Every episode was created to answer real questions:

  • Why am I not getting interviews?

  • How do I adapt to Norwegian work culture?

  • How do I grow without burning out?

  • How do I lead ethically and humanely?

  • If one episode helped someone feel less lost, then this project succeeded.

  • How This Reflects My Professional Work

This podcast reflects exactly how I work as a recruiter and digital marketer in Norway:

  • human-centered

  • structured

  • honest

  • strategic

Whether I work with companies or individuals, my focus is always the same:

clarity creates confidence — and confidence creates results.

Final Words

Hire & Inspire is not just a podcast.

It’s a career education platform built from real experience.

If you are building a career, hiring people, or trying to understand the system better, this project was built for you.
